Section 1: General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the entity operating the l89 baji platform and registered users ("Members"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

l89 baji is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other services. The right to use this platform applies only to individuals who are legally able to participate in such activities.

l89 baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published on the website will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Section 2: Account Registration

To open an account on l89 baji, members must provide accurate and complete information. If any information provided is intentionally incorrect or false, the account will be closed and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed. The same rule applies if multiple accounts are operated from the same household or device.

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Sharing a password with a third party or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised activity on an account must be reported to l89 baji immediately.

• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the support team right away.

Section 3: Age Verification

Members must be at least 21 years old to participate on the l89 baji platform. 21+ No account may be opened or games played by anyone who has not reached this age.

At the time of registration or at any later stage, l89 baji may request official documents from the member such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account will be suspended temporarily or permanently.

Keeping minors away from gambling is one of l89 baji's primary responsibilities. If any member assists a minor in using the platform or hands over their account to a minor, that member's account will be closed. We urge parents and guardians to pay close attention to the online activities of children and teenagers.

Section 4: Deposits and Withdrawals

l89 baji currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major national banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw via bKash. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games and betting markets.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of bonus misuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus offers may change over time; current offers will be displayed on the site.

l89 baji's VIP programme has five levels. Cashback is awarded each week based on net losses. From Bronze through to Diamond, cashback rates range from 0.3% to 1.5%. For example, a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

Section 6: Betting Rules

l89 baji reserves the right to verify all bets before final acceptance. Bets placed due to a technical error or pricing mistake may be cancelled, and the original stake will be returned in such cases.

All sports betting results depend on the official results issued by the relevant sporting authority. For cricket, if a BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. For casino games, the game provider's result is final.

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will be treated as the final odds. If a bet is left incomplete due to a network issue, l89 baji is committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.

l89 baji may set a maximum win amount for each member within a given period. This limit may vary depending on the game type and betting market. Once the limit is reached, the relevant betting section may be temporarily unavailable.

Section 7: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89 baji platform:

1. Gaining unfair advantage through bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
2. Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
3. Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits.
4. Colluding with other members to place bets that artificially influence markets.
5. Using a third party's account without authorisation.
6. Interfering with platform security or attempting to hack the system.
7. Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
8. Disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards other members.

Section 8: Account Suspension and Closure

If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found, l89 baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw legitimately earned funds, but only after an investigation has been completed.

Any member may request to close their own account by contacting the support team. Any outstanding bets will be settled before the account is closed, and deposited funds will be returned in accordance with applicable rules.

Members who are having difficulty controlling their gambling may apply to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period as part of responsible gaming. Once such a request is made, l89 baji will promptly restrict access to that account.

Section 9: Data Protection and Privacy
